Corned Beef Hash
(Makes 3-4 Servings.)

Ingredients.

1 x Standard Tin Corned Beef.
3 x Average sized Potatoes.
1 x Large Onion.



Method.

  1. Mash up can of Corned Beef into pie dish.

  2. Boil 3 good sized Potatoes.

  3. Dry Fry a large, chopped Onion.

  4. Mash potatoes and then mix with Corned Beef and Onion until good consistency.

  5. Spread sauce to flavour over the top (Barbecue, Worcestershire, or the like) and place in hot oven for about half an hour.

  6. Few minutes before serving sprinkle grated cheese over the top and replace in oven to melt the Cheese.
